Marketing & Customer Services Manager

Brief Job Description : Conceptualize, develop and implement all marketing activities for the Properties, to market existing and new Projects under construction.
Conceptualize and develop Advertisements, Articles and Information for the Local Media, Publicity Material, International Press Releases and Advertisements.
Formulate Strategies leading to the Sale of Properties in the Regional Markets, organizing Exhibitions, Trade Fairs and such other Events
Follow market development and competitor activities and report to the Management.

The Candidate : The ideal candidate will be a female of European origin, between the ages 30 and 45 and with a pleasing personality and disposition. The Candidate should have aggressive Marketing Skills with reasonable experience in a similar industry. A positive can-do attitude is a must. She should possess superior negotiation and communication skills and will be responsible for representing the Company, introducing its Product Range to prospective Clients to achieve the Budgeted Sales Targets. A valid Qatari Driver’s License is necessary.
